5. Purchases and Payments

Prices are shown in USD. Taxes may apply. Payments are processed by trusted third-party providers. Access is granted upon successful payment. Digital templates are delivered by download link or email. Event access details will be sent to the email associated with your account.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Event passes may be refundable up to 14 days before the event start. Memberships renew per the selected term and can be canceled before the next billing date. Digital templates are non-refundable once downloaded. If we cancel an event, you will receive a full refund for the affected purchase.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and resources are owned by Connectrove Collective or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use purchased materials for your internal business purposes.

8. Disclaimers

We provide educational and community resources. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes. Use insights responsibly and seek professional advice where appropriate.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Connectrove Collective shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
